Participants keep track of points according to their health habits using the point tracker worksheet. The worksheet can be found by clicking on the spoon on the right sidebar. Be sure to down load the correct form: "tate tails" or "tate tails [your name]" if you have an altered sheet.

Before the start of the competition participants can request to make changes on their own personal worksheet. For example, One could change, "No chips for a whole week" to "kept food diary for entire week". Such changes must be approved by Mom, Dad, or Bethany. You can see an example of Nathan's altered form by clicking on the spoon.

Points and update "posts" are due Sunday night by 7 pm. Email the number of points accrued to BethyBarnette@gmail.com. "Posts" are updates of your progress. For example: "This week was awesome, I swam 18 miles and ate only carrots." Posts can be emailed or posted on the blog by participants.

Contest starts Monday, May 2, 2011, and a winner will be announced the weekend of Grandpa's birthday party. Prizes TBA.
